Cookie policy
When you visit our website we place so-called 'cookies'. These are small, temporary text files on your computer with which we analyse, among other things, how you use our website. Below we explain which cookies we place, why, and how this information is used.
No cookies?
When you visit our website for the first time, you see a pop-up in which you can choose whether or not to accept cookies. Through the settings link in the pop-up you can choose NOT to accept the cookies of each category. In that window they are set to not accepted by default. We then do not measure your visit and do not use it for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics (Analytics)
We use a Google service called Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the website. It shows us which pages are visited, how long the website is visited for and when people leave. We then use this information to improve the website.
We have a data processing agreement with Google for sharing data. We do not share unnecessary data with Google and IP addresses are collected anonymously.

Advertising cookies
We use online advertising to bring our services to people's attention. We prefer to do this as precisely as possible, to keep costs down and not to show you unnecessary ads from us. For this we use: Google Adwords, Google Dynamic Remarketing and Retargeting Lists for Search Ads (RLSA), Facebook Custom Audiences (we do not share our customer list with Meta), Microsoft Bing Ads and DoubleClick (by Google).
With these cookies we can:
Keep track of which ads you have already seen. This stops you from seeing the same ads too often.
Keep track of how many visitors click on our ads.
Keep track of how many visitors use one of our services after clicking on an ad. This lets us analyse how effective our ads are.
Keep track of whether you have already used certain services of ours. You then see no unnecessary ads.
We use personal data (anonymously) to show personalised ads through Google's advertising network.
Even if you do not accept cookies, you may still come across our ads online, because not all of our ads use cookies. With cookies, however, we can show you ads that are relevant to you and therefore personalised.
Google Ads
With Google Ads we show generic and personalised ads about our products and services. We do this in the following ways:
Within Google Ads we observe demographic data (gender, age, income, device and intentions) to get to know our target audience better;
We target ads at people who search Google for one or more search terms relevant to us;
We target ads at visitors who have viewed our web shop before (remarketing);
We target ads on YouTube based on topics or channels;
We target ads at websites that mention one or more relevant topics in their content;
We target ads at websites we have selected in advance, because we believe our target audience visits them.
Bing Ads
We target ads at people who search Bing for one or more search terms relevant to us.
Meta (Marketing)
If you accept the marketing cookies, the following cookies are placed as well. They integrate our Facebook account and let us target our ads more precisely.
If you do not have a Facebook account or are logged out, these cookies are not placed.
Name: c_user, datr, fr, pl, presence, sb, wd, xs
Sharing: Meta may share data with third parties (Facebook cookie policy)

Personal recommendations
While you visit our website we try to help you make the right choices as well as we can, just as in a physical shop. For this we use, for example, your search query, but also information about requests you make through our website. This information lets us give you the best personal recommendations and show you relevant ads.
